Once your request has been processed, you will receive shipping instructions with the delivery address and packing advice. Please send your heater only after our confirmation and payment of the diagnostic fee. Use a sturdy box with sufficient cushioning and a tracked shipping service.
After diagnosis, you will receive a repair estimate. We start the repair only with your authorisation. If you do not want a repair or it is not worthwhile, we agree the next steps with you.
You will receive a personal link to the customer portal by email. There you can view the current progress of your repair order. No separate login is required.
