Yes. All customers register their heater using the same online form. Our team reviews the request and then handles it personally in our service software.
Please contact our team before sending in your heaters. Together we agree how to identify each heater, the maintenance requirements and the next steps.
You will receive a personal portal link by email for each repair order. It lets you view progress online. We discuss any further requirements with you personally.
